Physical Standards

Must remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on business flow). Must speak clearly, listen attentively, wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
