Job description

Craft Connections. Elevate Every Pour. Create the Experience.

Some people make drinks.

You create moments.

You know that a great cocktail is only part of the experience. It's the conversation that follows, the recommendation that surprises a guest, and the energy you create behind the bar that keeps people coming back.

You make eye contact before guests ask for your attention. You anticipate what they'll enjoy. You stay composed when the bar is full and take pride in every drink that leaves your station.

If you love hospitality, thrive in a fast paced environment, and believe the bar should be one of the most engaging places in the building, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Do

As a Bartender, you'll create memorable experiences by:

  • Crafting cocktails, beer, wine, zero proof beverages, coffee, and specialty drinks with consistency and precision

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and well stocked bar throughout every shift
  • Delivering fast, accurate service while maintaining exceptional hospitality
  • Collaborating with barbacks, Connectors, and the kitchen to create seamless guest experiences
  • Practicing responsible alcohol service and ensuring every transaction is accurate
  • Taking ownership of your bar, your guests, and your team's success
You'll Thrive Here If You
  • Love talking with people and naturally build relationships
  • Enjoy helping guests discover something new
  • Stay calm, confident, and positive during high volume service
  • Take pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
  • Believe cleanliness and organization are part of great hospitality
  • Embrace coaching and constantly look for ways to improve
  • Hold yourself accountable and support your teammates every shift
