Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis.
• Responsible for maintaining stock, preparing and storing of all garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests in courteous and friendly manner.
• Promotes and documents orders for drinks.
• Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest.
• Processes all payments for beverage purchases and ensures accuracy of said payments.
• Locks up and stores all beverage, food, and other equipment items.
• Deposits cash drops and secures bank.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to Health Department regulations.
• Must be aware of and adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

The Beverage Outlet Bartender will serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. They prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests, and act as cashier for the lounge

Required Skills and Requisites:

• Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages. Liquor certification if required by the state or local government.
• Service orientation. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• High School Diploma required.
• Bartending experience required.

• Must be aware of and adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
