Job summary

Triple B Hospitality Group currently seeks a Bartender in Greensboro, NC to professionally craft drinks and deliver outstanding guest service at a busy venue.

You will handle orders and payments, maintain beverage quality and stock, and adhere to all safety and service policies while supporting teammates. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes and current trends.
• Able to obtain all Aramark/ Triple B and state/local required alcohol service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions.
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May include providing servers with drinks from the service well.
• Adheres to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking IDs.
• Adheres to cash handling policies.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing.
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels.
• Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Available Shift:

4:00 PM-9:00 PM Sunday-Thursday (shift time may be later depending on when guests leave)

Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour plus tips

Bartender Essential Functions

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• May include providing servers with drinks from the service well
• Adheres to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons’ identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Adheres to cash handling policies
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
• Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Ensures security of company assets

Bartender Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred
• Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes and current trends
• Able to obtain all Aramark/ Triple B and state/local required alcohol service certifications
• Displays phenomenal hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive beverage knowledge.
• Demonstrates organizational & multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25 lb
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun work environment

The ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
