Legends Global is seeking a part-time Bartender for the Grand Rapids Complex (Van Andel Arena, Acrisure Amphitheater, Amway Stadium) in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role requires preparing and serving drinks to guests, maintaining a polished, on-stage presence, and adhering to all company policies and legal guidelines during events.

Ideal candidates have bartending experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including major and minor events.

Join us! **Qualifications:** Ideal Candidates must have strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor. They must have prior bartending experience, be self-motivated and be able to stand for long periods of time. Candidate must be personable and guest service driven. Candidates must be 18 and older. **Essential Functions**· Be responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving the guests· Must present a professional, guest‐ready “on‐stage presence”· Performs other duties assigned Expectations· Must have good guest service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest experience· Must follow all Legends Global policies and procedures· Must be present for all major and minor events at the Amphitheater· Must follow MLCC guidelines for responsible alcohol service **Education & Experience:**· Previous bartending experience preferred **Skills & Abilities:**· Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance· Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training (*TIP's, Servsafe certification*)· Basic math skills: ability to accurately count change and balance bank· Effective communication skills: ability to communicate with guests and receive orders· Ability to work effectively with others· Ability to work in fast-paced environment Physical Requirements· Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift· Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions· Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds **Environmental Working Conditions:**· May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season· May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces **Location:** Grand Rapids Complex (Van Andel Arena, Acrisure Amphitheater, Amway Stadium) in Grand Rapids, Michigan **Physical Demands:**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
