Job summary

Casa de Montecristo is seeking an experienced bartender in the Dallas area to deliver a world-class guest experience and act as a brand ambassador. You will build relationships, communicate product features, maintain product knowledge, and support bar operations to meet sales and KPI goals.

The role requires bartending experience, POS/computer skills, and relevant certifications, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide world-class guest experience in the bar and restaurant.

• Assist with store operations including pouring, stock control, and product maintenance.

• Provide a world-class guest experience in the bar, restaurant, smoking lounges and overall location through exemplary service and selling skills
• Serve as a Casa de Montecristo brand ambassador
• Build relationships with customers
• Communicate product features, benefits, and promotional information
• Become a trusted bar expert and work as part of a team to exceed sales and KPI goals
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products
• Assist with store operations, including accurate pouring, stock control, and product maintenance
• Execute corporate initiatives in a timely, efficient, and resource-wise manner
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and state and local regulations
• Maintain visual and cleanliness standards
• Ensure a comfortable, responsible, and safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience required
