Job summary

Marcus Theatres Corporation in Illinois Country Club Hills is seeking a part-time bartender to join our service team. You will prepare beverages, check IDs, interact with guests, and deliver friendly, high-volume service in a professional bar and lounge setting.

We offer flexible schedules, paid uniforms, and a friendly, team-focused environment. Prior hospitality experience is welcome, and training is provided to ensure beverage quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced guest service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to verify age and comply with regulations.
• Willingness to work part-time and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for guests.
• Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years old.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Assess guests' needs and preferences to make recommendations.
• Set up and maintain stock levels for the bar.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized bar and lounge area.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Demonstrate accuracy in cash handling and transactions.
• Keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
