Job summary

Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Bartender to craft hand-made drinks and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced setting. You’ll create regulars, upsell, and use the POS system to manage orders, payments, and gift cards, while following Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, proper sanitation, and guest satisfaction. Our Roadies are paid weekly and may access a competitive total rewards package after eligibility, including health plans, tuition reimbursement, and paid time

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Bartender who can create regulars and serve our hand-crafted drinks while having fun in our fast-paced atmosphere.

As a Bartender your responsibilities would include:

• Taking orders and preparing alcoholic beverages
• Complying with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
• Demonstrating great salesmanship
• Accurately uses point of sale (POS) system to place orders, process gift card sales, and cash/credit card transactions
• Practices proper safety and sanitation procedures
• Exhibits teamwork at all times
