Another Broken Egg Cafe in Clearwater Beach, FL is seeking a bartender to join the #1 team in service and breakfast excellence. You will mix and serve beverages, greet guests, and ensure compliance with liquor laws on every shift. No night shifts, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow with a great company.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• At least 2 years of past work experience as a Bartender
• Must be able to lift, handle, and carry beverage items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must stand and move for up to four hours
• Good balance and ability to bend, kneel, and reach as needed
• Clear communication with guests and team

Responsibilities

• Reports to work as scheduled and in uniform
• Sets up the bar and completes opening/side work duties
• Orders and stocks liquor, beverages, and bar supplies
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Greets guests, makes menu suggestions, answers questions
• Takes, records, and rings orders and processes payments
• Maintains bar cleanliness and organization
• Adheres to liquor laws and company policies
• Works as part of the team and supports colleagues

Responsibilities

• Reports to work as indicated on the work schedule and in the correct uniform.
• Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
• Correctly sets up the bar and completes all opening/side work duties.
• Orders, requisitions, and stocks all liquor, beverage, and other bar supplies.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining room guests.
• Greets all bar guests immediately, makes suggestions, and answers questions.
• Takes, records, and rings all food and beverage items ordered by bar guests.
• Observes bar guests to ensure satisfaction with food, beverages, and service.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar counter and work areas.
• Adheres to and complies with all state/local liquor laws and ABE policies.
• Practices teamwork by assisting fellow employees whenever possible.
• Communicates any guest concerns or dissatisfaction to the Manager on Duty.
• Presents the guest check and processes payment for all food and beverages sold.
• Performs the cashiering function for the service staff and restaurant.
• Performs all duties and maintains knowledge of all ABE standards and procedures.
