The Capital Grille in Rochester, NY is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and beverages with precision and hospitality.

You will guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, keep the bar stocked and clean, and deliver friendly service that inspires guest loyalty. Compensation starts at $11.35 per hour plus tips, with weekly pay, paid sick leave, health coverage and other benefits.

A Bartender will guide guests through our menus and provide beverage and food recommendations that meet or exceed their expectations. A Bartender will take accurate orders and provide the highest levels of friendly and attentive service that build the guest’s intent to return while ensuring the bar is stocked and cleaned.
