Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Bartender to efficiently craft drinks and serve guests, delivering an engaging dining experience at our Australian-themed restaurant.

You will lead bar service, follow hospitality standards, and use menu knowledge to share favorites and recommendations, while processing orders and payments with care and compliance with state/local laws. It's a great place to make money and grow with a supportive team.

Come join the Evergreen Restaurant Group/Italian Restaurant Group, a franchisee of Outback Steakhouse as a Bartender, where you'll efficiently craft every drink to perfection and serve customers responsibly. You will support our commitment to bringing our spirited drinks to life for each and every guest. As a Bartender, you'll help to provide each customer with an awesome dining experience in the restaurant, that makes each guests day better. It's a great place to make money.

The Bartender is also responsible for:

• Efficiently leading bar service, including the pace and experience of each guest
• Following our hospitality standards
• Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations
• Anticipating needs, processing guests orders, and taking payment in hospitable, timely manner
• Following state/local laws and guidelines.

The Carrabba's story begins in Sicily, Italy, where the Carrabba's family made a love for food and handmade flavor a family tradition. After immigrating in the early 1900's and settling in Bryan, Texas, the family had grown and in 1986, Johnny Carrabba and his Uncle Damian Mandola opened the first Carrabba's Italian Grill in Houston,Texas. For them, the concept was simple - a warm and inviting atmosphere, made-from-scratch sauces, big portions of pasta, a wood-fire grill and being true to their Italian roots – a place where they would make their family recipes for other families to enjoy and experience together, just as they did. Today at Carrabba’s Italian Grill, we still believe nothing is more satisfying than connecting with friends and family over a big plate of delicious food.
