Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking a bartender to join our Service Team. You will be part of a family you can connect with, grow with, and have fun with while delivering top-notch beverages and guest service in a fast-paced environment.

As a bartender, you will prepare beverages, verify age for alcohol, take orders, and ensure a clean, well-stocked bar. We offer competitive wages, flexible or set schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced bar environment.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to verify guest age for alcohol purchases.
• Attention to detail in transactions and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for guests.
• Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Assess guests' needs and make recommendations.
• Set up and maintain stock levels for the bar.
