We are hiring immediately for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in food and beverage Bartenders.

Job Summary

Our Bartenders are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant. All team members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver an amazing hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guest expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Changs alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
• Operate and clean bar equipment; assist in inventories and restocking beverages.
• Understand restaurant seating layout and how to deliver food efficiently.
• Partner with other team members to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learn to set and clear tables neatly according to P.F. Changs specifications.
• Follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service.

Job Requirements

• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Current Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain one where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
