Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking a customer-focused bartender to provide friendly service and drinks at our bar. You will mix and serve beverages, handle cash transactions, and maintain an orderly bar area in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include taking orders, following standard recipes, stocking supplies, keeping the bar clean, and greeting guests with professionalism. Prior experience in bartending is a plus, and Boyd Gaming supports equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Receive and prepare beverage orders from customers and cocktail servers.
• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to memorized standard beverages recipes.
• Operate cash register, complete transactions according to procedures, and maintain accurate bank.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area by removing used glasses, napkins, emptying ashtrays, and wiping bar top.
• Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Prepare written requisitions and orders for bar stock.
• Maintain and replenish ice supply.
