Manchester Country Club in Bedford, New Hampshire, is excited to offer part-time Bartender positions. Qualified candidates should excel in a hospitality setting and focus on providing excellent service.

Pay Rate

$3.54 per hour plus tips.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock the bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages, assist in cost control, and maintain inventory records.
2. Monitor inventory levels, use supplies efficiently, and communicate needs to management.
3. Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and company policies.
4. Address guest requests and concerns with the Department Manager.
5. Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash handling, cleaning, and restocking.
6. Handle checks and cash transactions using the Point of Sale system.
7. Review banquet schedules and event calendars.
8. Serve catered events from service or portable bars.
9. Occasionally serve meals to guests.
10. Follow safe work practices.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED, with at least one year of bartending experience or training, or equivalent.
2. Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.

Other Qualifications

1. Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
2. Alcohol Awareness Training.
