Job summary

Bubba’s 33 in Avon, IN is seeking a Bartender to craft hand-made drinks and deliver friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced environment.

You will take orders, operate the POS, and ensure responsible alcohol service while driving sales and guest satisfaction. We offer weekly pay, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender or in a fast-paced bar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash securely.

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Bartender who can create regulars and serve our hand-crafted drinks while having fun in our fast-paced atmosphere.

As a Bartender Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Taking orders and preparing alcoholic beverages
• Complying with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
• Demonstrating great salesmanship
• Accurately uses point of sale (POS) system to place orders, process gift card sales, and cash/credit card transactions
• Practices proper safety and sanitation procedures
• Exhibits teamwork at all times
