Job summary

Flynn Group is seeking an Applebee’s Bartender in Augusta, ME to mix a range of beverages and deliver a standout guest experience. You will keep the bar organized, follow health and safety guidelines, and support servers during busy times.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with strong communication and customer service skills, able to work independently or as part of a team, and willing to obtain or maintain a liquor license. Competitive wages and flexible schedules are offered.

Job Overview

As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to provide the best drink experience for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to both guests and fellow team members.
• Assist servers in delivering drinks efficiently during busy periods.
• Adhere to all Alcohol Server Training and licensing requirements.

Physical Standards

• Remain stationary and perform well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets up to 30 times per shift.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
