Job summary

Three Notch’d Brewing Company in Arlington, VA is hiring a bartender to provide friendly, efficient service for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. You’ll ring orders, take payments, and introduce guests to the Fresh Beer Club.

Shifts run 10:30AM–4:00PM and 4:00PM–11:00PM, with a typical schedule of 3 shifts per week in a fast casual setting. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance for full-time staff, earned wage access, IRA through Icon, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to participate in company perks.
• Customer service oriented with ability to ring orders and process payments.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Introduce guests to the Fresh Beer Club membership.

Join us as we “Leave our Mark” and notch a spot on Clarendon Blvd. As a Bartender duties will mostly include serving patrons and dining room guests, ringing drink order(s) into Toast Point of Sales, collect payment from patrons for drinks served and make change, and introduce guests to our Fresh Beer Club membership.

We’ll be open 7 days a week for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch service. Team members must commit to 3 shifts shifts per week.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The position may require lifting of products weighing up to 160 pounds.
