Arrive Alive Traffic Control LLC is seeking a skilled Barrier Wall Technician to install, maintain, repair, and dismantle barrier wall systems used in highway construction and traffic control. The role requires safe handling of materials, adherence to regulations, and strong teamwork in an outdoor setting.

The position offers full-time hours with a competitive hourly pay range and extensive on-the-job training, including ATSSA certification and defensive driving, to support ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and extended shifts (10+ hours).

Responsibilities

• Perform layout of highway barrier walls.
• Handle and install materials for highway barrier walls.
• Load and unload materials on a flatbed truck or trailer by hand.
• Operate equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, power tools, and other machinery.
• Dig holes and perform other manual labor for installation and maintenance.
• Conduct routine safety and maintenance checks on tools and equipment.
• Keep the worksite clean and organized; dispose of debris properly.
• Complete job-related paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a secure and efficient work zone.
