Job summary

Pure Barre is seeking a passionate Fitness Instructor to lead up to 20 participants through the Pure Barre experience. Expect to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week across various times, with thorough preparation, choreography updates, and a high-energy presence during 50-minute sessions.

New instructors complete a 4-day training at corporate centers plus extensive at-home study before eligibility to teach, with a minimum one-year teaching commitment required before attending training.

• Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading or barre concept (ideal but not required).
• Complete a 4-day training at corporate training centers with at-home study before teaching.

Responsibilities

• Availability to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week (early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Plan and prepare diligently before each class, including choreography and class planning.
• Learn full choreography changes on a quarterly basis.
• Assist with keeping the studio tidy.
• Lift hand weights, demonstrate full-body pushups, and maintain high energy for a 50-minute class.
