Job summary

Torch Fitness by Valet Living in Nashville, TN is seeking a Barre Instructor to lead engaging, high-energy 45-minute classes on a sub occasional basis. Earn $40 per 45-minute class with flexibility to schedule around your availability and location.

Design and lead classes in a premium community setting; you’ll be supported by a team that handles marketing, engagement, and logistics. CPR/AED certified and fitness certification or degree preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certified (required).
• Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred).
• Experience leading group fitness classes (Zumba and/or Barre).

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun Barre workouts.
• Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants.
• Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance.
• Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity.
• Build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community.
