Job summary

The YMCA of the North Shore is seeking an energetic Barre Instructor to lead motivating Barre classes at our Gloucester location. You will guide members through safe, effective movements and help them build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a welcoming community.

Responsibilities include teaching dynamic Barre sessions, demonstrating proper form, offering modifications for all fitness levels, and creating an inclusive class environment.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Barre or similar group exercise formats.
• Strong knowledge of fitness and movement principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse participants.
• Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented.
