Position Summary

As a Barista, you’re the face of the Biscuits & Bird experience. You’ll craft high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, connect with guests, and help create a welcoming environment that keeps people coming back for more. If you love mornings, people, and being part of something new—this is your place.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages to brand standards.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and genuine guest service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver a smooth morning rush.
• Follow food safety, cash handling, and operational procedures.
• Represent the Biscuits & Bird brand with pride and positivity.
