Dan's Management Co. is hiring Crew Members for Dunkin' locations in Rhode Island and Connecticut. You will deliver great guest experiences by preparing food and beverages, working as part of a fast-paced team, and maintaining quality standards.

Greet and serve guests, handle orders and payments, operate coffee and sandwich equipment, and keep workstations clean while following safety and brand guidelines. Flexible scheduling offers 30 hours per week on average.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Able to count money and make change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.

Responsabilités

• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service.
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations.
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment.
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy.
