Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a supervisory role to uphold service, store standards, and merchandising programs. You will guide staff to deliver prompt, friendly service and ensure quality products in a clean environment.

The position requires the ability to train hosts, manage schedules, and maintain safety and guest engagement to meet service standards. You will also support inventory control and daily financial reporting as part of the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive friendly, engaging service from staff by providing demonstrations and samples.
• Achieve budgeted sales and profit; maintain daily, weekly and period financial reports.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and performance feedback to ensure hosts are properly trained.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, stocking, rotating and guest service to standards.
• Perform cleaning tasks and sanitation and maintain safety in the department.
• Maintain department labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Ensure PA announcements are performed on schedule.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
