Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Barista Supervisor at Marquette University - Brews in Milwaukee. You will oversee daily activities of service staff across coffee/counter service, fast casual and cafes, coordinating with on-site management to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of related experience, prior supervisory work, and a customer-focused approach. You will lead training, maintain safety standards, and support shift coverage to deliver excellent service.

Workdays/shifts : Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Barista Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
