Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking an entry-level partner for a fast-paced retail environment in Irvine, CA. You’ll engage with customers, prepare beverages and foods, and support daily store operations while learning our standards and policies.

Ideal candidates are reliable, customer-focused, and able to adapt to flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and benefits are provided as part of our growth-focused program.

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
