Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking entry-level partners to join our Tulsa team. You’ll create welcoming moments for customers, prepare beverages and food, and help maintain a fast-paced store environment.

No previous experience required, and onboarding will emphasize growth and comprehensive benefits. You will work with a team to deliver quality beverages, handle transactions, and provide friendly service while following store policies and safety guidelines.

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
