Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring entry-level partners to join our store team. You will craft beverages and food to standard recipes, engage with customers, and help maintain a warm, welcoming environment that makes every visit special.

This role supports store operations and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. No previous experience required; we offer flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends, plus a comprehensive benefits package, tuition coverage through the Starbucks College

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
