Starbucks Coffee Company in Petaluma, CA, invites you to join our store team as a partner. No experience required; we welcome friendly, reliable people who enjoy working with customers and making great beverages.

You’ll handle high‑volume service, learn recipes, maintain store safety, and participate in our benefits program including tuition coverage and a 401(k) match.

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
