Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is looking for friendly partners to join our team in Washington. You’ll help create warm, welcoming moments for every customer in a fast-paced store environment.

No prior experience is required. You’ll learn quickly, work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes while engaging with customers with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
