This position contributes to Starbucks success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This job creates the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Barista must be friendly, courteous, professional, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple priorities, think/act quickly and effectively while maintaining self-composure.
Schedule: We are currently seeking part-time availability to include both weekdays and weekends.
Pay: $16.37 + credit card and cash tips

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates behind the counter and may be working in close proximity to co-workers. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Hazards may include, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping and burns. This job operates in a fast-past environment. This role routinely uses machines and equipment. Exposed to ambient room temperatures, lighting and moderate noise level.
