Elior Collegiate Dining is hiring a friendly barista for Fairmont State University – Starbucks in Fairmont, WV. You will prepare a variety of beverages and light foods, greet customers, and operate the cash register to ensure smooth service.

This part-time, onsite role requires strong multitasking, clear communication, and attention to detail. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required; training is provided. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an energetic, motivated barista to our collegiate team in Fairmont, WV. As a barista, you will have the opportunity to serve a diverse clientele daily, providing delicious food and beverage items and friendly customer service.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing various food and beverage items.
• Interacting with customers in a friendly, helpful, and engaging manner.
• Operating a cash register.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least one years’ experience working in a retail environment.
