Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a Barista to deliver first-class guest service, educate guests about coffee, and promote beverage sales. You will prepare espresso drinks, engage customers, and maintain accurate cash handling while supporting a guest-first atmosphere.

Barista

The Barista provides the highest level of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The Barista promotes coffee consumption by educating guests, displaying coffee salesmanship and friendly hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
• Discover customer needs and suggests products with every customer to enhance services and meet sales goals
• Prepare a variety of customer beverages such as espresso drinks
• Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for customers and follow cash handling policies
