Noble House Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Barista/Retail Attendant to work at the Fort Lauderdale Beach location. You will welcome guests, prepare coffee and specialty drinks, and assist with selling items in our retail shop and coffee shop.

The role includes maintaining shop cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and providing cheerful, high-energy service in a fast-paced environment by the Atlantic Ocean.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent and engaging customer service.
• Espresso bar experience is preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Flexible hours based on season or business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in an upbeat, professional manner.
• Make coffees and specialty coffees.
• Sell/upsell items in the retail shop.
• Prepare & serve ice cream/gelato to guests.
• Replenish all food & beverage items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop.
• Assist with monthly inventory (counting, scanning, restocking, organizing).
