Job summary

Ascension Coffee is seeking a Barista to craft espresso-based beverages, tea, and other drinks to our standards while delivering warm, attentive hospitality.

You'll upkeep equipment, expand knowledge, and grow within a fast-paced café culture across multiple locations; nights and weekends availability required, travel between sites may be needed.

About the role

The Barista is a vital member of the café team, responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences. They are expected to develop and refine their barista skills, including espresso preparation, latte art, and proper brewing techniques, while continuously expanding their coffee knowledge. Baristas uphold Ascension Coffee’s standards by ensuring consistency and quality in every cup. This is an hourly position.
