Part Time. Ideal candidate will be available Friday-Monday mornings 5:30am-11:30am. Currently offering $15.00/hour, PTO, Daily Pay available, Free Parking, Discount Travel Benefits, and more!

Greets and takes guests' orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, professional, and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Upsells additional items to enhance profitability. Enters orders into a computerized system and settles checks upon completion of orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Greets guests courteously, promotes and documents orders, makes and presents drinks using standard recipes, practicing portion control.
• Inputs orders into the POS system, creates checks, and maintains accountability for beverages served.
• Receives cash, makes change, verifies charges, records transactions, and ensures vouchers are properly executed to balance all transactions.
• Maintains daily setup of the coffee bar, including requisitioning, stocking, and rotating products.
• Responds to guest complaints positively and tactfully, negotiates solutions.
• Locks up and stores beverages, food, and equipment, deposits cash drops, secures and balances the bank, and manages keys.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS

In addition to essential functions, may perform supportive tasks as determined by the supervisor, including:

• Attending mandatory meetings.
• Performing general cleaning to meet health standards.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized.

What are we looking for?

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Guest relations/service experience preferred; previous Barista experience highly desired.
