Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Seattle is seeking a dedicated Barista for Drift to craft exceptional beverages for our guests in a luxury setting. You’ll deliver latte art, warm service, and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of barista experience, experience in luxury environments, and a passion for details. Latte art and coffee knowledge are a plus; team spirit and flexibility are essential to our guest-focused culture.

Our team is currently seeking a hard-working, attentive Barista for Drift. In this role, you’ll relish in the thought of executing the perfect beverage for our guests made with TLC, and possibly even convince them to return. About you

• Is passionate about the Food & Beverage Industry and has a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Has prior experience in luxury or an upscale environment, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
• Prior Latte Art experience and coffee knowledge is a plus.
