Position

Barista – reports to Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Set‑up, mixing, service, and clean‑up of the coffee bar area while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction, and company standards.
  • Make and serve drinks to guests following established guidelines, procedures, and policies regarding beverage and safety controls.
  • Perform guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner; maintain a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Ring guest checks; collect cash and process credits and room charges as per company policies.
  • Complete requisitions and supply lists; ensure established pars are maintained.
  • Perform all side work duties and other assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Three to six months experience in a food or beverage services environment.
  • Ability to mix drinks correctly and provide exceptional service to all guests.
  • Ability to multitask and efficiently handle equipment and modern bar technology.
  • Manual coordination for pouring, passing items, balancing, and carrying trays.
  • Proficient in reading, speaking, and understanding English; communicate information and hotel services to management, staff, and guests.
