Top Pot Doughnuts in Seattle's First Hill cafe is looking for a friendly regular part-time Barista to join our team. You will craft coffee, serve doughnuts, and deliver a warm guest experience. We value a guest-first mindset, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and guest-first attitude.
• Maintain high level of customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Bring a positive attitude and contribute to teamwork.
• Follow Top Pot recipes and quality standards for items served.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per guidelines.
• Able to work flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve doughnuts, pastries, beverages and coffee orders per Top Pot's recipes.
• Provide friendly guest service to ensure a great customer experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and health/safety standards.
• Help with opening/closing duties and shift flexibility.

We are currently looking for a regular part-time Baristato join the team! This is regular/permanent position, not a seasonal role.

• Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Company guidelines and Health Department requirements
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
