Job summary

Role Summary

Responsibilities
  • Use world class equipment to prepare quality coffee, tea and food products for guests.
  • Clean and maintain state-of-the art equipment during the service day to provide the quality food and beverages our guests deserve.
  • Clean and organize all workspaces, guest, and common areas for exceptional guest experience.
  • Selflessly take initiative to help co-workers and guests and share knowledge to grow yourself and others.
  • Use curiosity and love of learning to acquire the knowledge necessary to answer guests’ questions about coffee, tea, and food offerings.
  • Cup and taste coffee and espresso regularly to maintain familiarity with product and quality standards.
  • Look for opportunities to learn, test, and apply knowledge.
  • Dial-in espresso and coffee with precision accuracy and consistency to recipe.
  • Promptly enter orders and process payments accurately to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Proactively communicate with team members and guests while maintaining productivity in all activities to ensure a swift and seamless guest experience.
  • Understand guests needs using verbal and non-verbal cues to provide the best experience.
  • Act with honesty and unwavering integrity to do the right thing at all times for guests, team members and the business.
  • Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Experience

No previous experience required.

Qualifications
  • U.S. person status or authorized to work in U.S. required
  • Must be 18+ years to qualify for role.
  • Weekend availability on Saturday and Sunday is required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
  • Ability to report to work at scheduled time every scheduled workday.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions and adapt to change.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and productivity in times of high volume.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times when dealing with co-workers and guests.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs.
  • Food handler certificate required within 30 days of hire.
