Qualifications

• Experience in operations or administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of coffee drinks and specialty beverages.
• Greet customers, take orders accurately, and explain the menu.
• Make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments.
• Balance cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
• Receive payments and validate proof of payments.
• Check orders, pick/pack/label orders accurately.
• Conduct daily inventory counts and ensure proper labeling and tracking.
• Keep workstation and stockroom clean, organized and safe.
