Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate, Barista to join our team in New York. You will prepare handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food items, manage inventory, and keep the facility organized to ensure accurate, high-quality orders.

The role involves restocking shelves, packing orders, and supporting inbound deliveries in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality Starbucks beverages and food items by following recipes and standards.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all packaged items staged for delivery.
• Receive, unpack, and replenish product deliveries; verify inventory.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness across kitchen, café, and facility spaces.
• Manage waste and spoilage by following FIFO and mindful prep.
• Monitor and record temperatures of perishable items per food safety standards.
• Complete and document cleaning tasks as outlined in practices.
• Safely move product; operate carts, pallet jacks, and dollies.
• Work in varying environments including freezers and multiple floors.
• Complete required Starbucks training and uphold safety standards.
• Perform other duties as needed.
