Job summary

Barriques in Madison, WI is seeking a part-time café team member. You will deliver top-notch service, prepare quality coffee and espresso drinks, and help with food prep while keeping the café clean and welcoming.

We value a friendly, proactive attitude, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to stand for several hours. Prior café experience is helpful but enthusiasm and teamwork matter most, with flexible scheduling and tips included.

We're looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates an interest in our products and a willingness to learn more.
• Is service-oriented and aims to leave a positive impression.
• Contributes to a friendly café environment through a proactive and team-oriented positive attitude.
• Is capable of thriving in a lively environment while comfortably being on their feet for at least 4 hours.
• May or may not have previous café or food service experience. While it is beneficial, enthusiasm is valued just as much.
• Has some weekend and evening availability.

Employment Type: Part-time; minimum 12 hours/week. Must have weekend and evening availability. We are not hiring for the summer only! Must be planning to continue into the fall.
Wage: a base hourly rate plus tips=$16-$18/hour
