Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares quality beverages and food products consistently by following recipes and standards.
• Maintains a clean, organized workspace for easy resource access.
• Contributes to a positive team environment by communicating concerns to the supervisor.
• Delivers legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude and responds to customer needs.
• Assists in new partner training by reinforcing performance.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Anticipates customer and store needs and stays calm during high volume or unusual events.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Other duties as assigned.
