Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Barista I at the M Health Fairview Univ of Minn Medical Center location. You will greet guests, prepare handcrafted beverages, and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining cleanliness and inventory control. The role requires good cash-handling skills and flexibility with shifts.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, and knowledge of sanitation standards. Starbucks certification may be required at some locations.

• Customer Service related work experience.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards, and inventory control systems.
• Starbucks Baristas may be required to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests with quick, friendly service.
• Mixes and serves hot and cold beverages to order.
• Maintains speedy delivery of beverages and food items.
• Educates guests about menu offerings and suggests upsells.
• Keeps coffee bar clean and organized, restocks supplies.
• Operates cash register and handles transactions.
