Sodexo is seeking a Barista I at Augustana University in Sioux Falls. This part-time role offers mornings shifts with a $13.50–$18.00 hourly range. You will deliver quick, personalized beverage service and support campus guests with a friendly, efficient experience.

Responsibilities include beverage preparation, upselling, cash handling, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with quick, friendly, and personalized service.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to customer specifications.
• Maintain speed and accuracy in beverage and food delivery.
• Educate guests about menu offerings and upsell where appropriate.
• Organize coffee bar supplies and set up attractive displays.
• Clean coffee machines and work areas; monitor sanitation and safety.
• Record sales and handle cash using a register per procedures.
• Walk and stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position.
