Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a barista to join our cafe team in a hotel setting. You will prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items while greeting guests and delivering friendly service.

Maintain a clean workspace, operate POS systems, and handle transactions accurately. This role involves stocking supplies, adhering to food safety guidelines, and collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth café operations.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
