Life Alive Cafe, LLC is seeking a Front of House Service Team Member to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a welcoming setting. You will greet guests and delivery drivers, assist in food and beverage service, and help maintain efficiency on the dining floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, knowledge of the menu, and a passion for wellness and sustainability. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities are available for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Reaching and grasping overhead.
• Lifting and carrying items weighing 50+ lbs.
• Able to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and delivery drivers.
• Baristas: Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
• Baristas: Achieves a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
• Take orders and ensure order accuracy and packaging.
• Assist with running food to tables from our line.
• Communicate guest needs.
