Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and active listening.
• crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed by the shift.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer following cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the cafe clean, organized, and stocked per operating standards.
